About Us

My name is Shannon, and I am the owner and lead baker of Sweet Konfections, LLC.  I have over 15 years of experience in baking and providing excellent customer service.  Without my supportive friends & family, I would not be where I am today, so I thank my loved ones for all their words of encouragement and for supporting my small business. 

My grandmother inspired me to become a baker many years ago.  One of my fondest memories, I remember using an old-fashioned hand mixer to bring eggs to a peak for her homemade lemon meringue pie.  I am so grateful to have shared this experience with her, but I am mostly grateful to be able to continue to her legacy by sharing her delicious family recipes with others.  

Sweet Konfections, LLC take pride in providing delicious desserts to our customers and community.  Our desserts are made from high-quality ingredients and freshly homemade with love.  We create a product that taste just as good as it looks!
